Honey Soy Glazed Salmon

INGREDIENTS

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 large salmon fillet

2 tablespoons butter

3 tablespoons honey

3 tablespoons soy sauce

1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

1 lime, juiced

1 lemon, juiced

DIRECITIONS

  1. Heat oven to 425°F.

  2. On stove, heat a large ovenproof skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Once hot, add salmon skin-side down. Cook for about 2 minutes.

  3. Transfer skillet to oven, cook salmon for 8-10 minutes or until internal temperature is 125°F.

  4. Remove salmon from the skillet and place over medium heat. Whisk in butter, honey, soy sauce, red pepper flakes, lime juice and lemon juice. Cook for a few minutes, allowing mixture to reduce by one-third.

  5. Add salmon back to the pan and spoon glaze over fish. Simmer for 1-2 minutes and serve.
