This recipe is made with a blend of frozen berries, oat milk, vanilla protein powder, and a scoop of peanut butter, providing a healthy source of protein, vitamins, and antioxidants, which is perfect for breakfast or as a healthy snack option. INGREDIENTS

1 cup oat milk

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

1 cup frozen blackberries

½ cup frozen strawberries

3 tablespoons peanut butter, divided

fresh or frozen berries, for garnish

DIRECTIONS

1. Combine oat milk, protein powder, blackberries, strawberries and 2 tablespoons peanut butter in a blender. Blend until smooth and add to a bowl.

2. Microwave remaining 1 tablespoon peanut butter for 10-15 seconds. Garnish smoothie bowl with fruit and drizzle with warm peanut butter.
